Fort William Kilmallie

Our service of union and linkage took place on 19th November 2020. Duncansburgh MacIntosh and Kilmallie were united to form Fort William Kilmallie and we're linked with Kilmonivaig. A recorded version of the service is available at this link.

The new congregation, Fort William Kilmallie, will serve the whole area covered by Fort William, Caol and Corpach. Fort William Kilmallie will have a team ministry. Richard Baxter will be the parish minister, we hope to be able to tell you who has been appointed as team minister shortly, Rev Morag Muirhead's role as Ordained Local Minister will extend to the whole of the new charge and Presbytery has also agreed to appoint Bill Skene as reader to Fort William Kilmallie and Kilmonivaig.

Together we will seek to serve the whole area and share the tasks of ministry in all parts of the charge. All of our current buildings are remaining in use and presbytery will review our buildings to work out which are essential to the mission of the congregation about a year after the new arrangement begins.
